Read MoreI regularly exercise and would like to think I'm fit, however doing K Fit's HIIT @ Home made me re-evaluate that! The exercises were simple yet effective, I could really feel each muscle working and with that the ache came (which I like as I know it is a good ache!) The different levels shown were helpful for those suffering with a bad back or knees. I definitely made progress through the 4 week course, improving on my strength and the length of time I was able to hold my full plank! I've built the HIIT @ Home into my busy week, opting to do as little or as much as I want. If I miss a day of doing it I really miss it and feel guilty, to myself, that I haven't completed some or all of the training. Would I recommend this course - in the words of a very wise woman, the one and only Miss Katrina Hurst, 'absolutely, absolutely!!!'

I could feel straight away that I was working muscles that I wouldn't normally use, like my triceps, which I'd definitely never worked before. I could actually feel a good ache the next day, which shows I'd worked hard for it and helped encourage me to make sure I got my HIIT in enough times a week. I loved that you could tailor the exercise levels to suit you, and that you could learn your bodies capabilities to make sure you don't push yourself too far (or not far enough). Some other workout videos can be intimidating and don't offer options for all levels of fitness; the HIIT videos were a lot more personal and helped you to workout at your own pace. Half an hour a day is also so easy to fit in, I could get dinner on the go and do my exercise whilst waiting for it to cook. After 4 weeks of HIIT @ Home I felt significantly more toned, particularly in my abs, thighs and arms. I've always struggled to gain muscle in my legs so it was a massive boost to see and feel my legs getting toned (I even noticed it when walking up and down the stairs at work!). Overall, I feel alot more comfortable within myself - it's amazing to see results in such a short time. Thanks to HIIT @ Home I felt so much more confident walking around in my bikini on holiday, and I'm loving carrying it on now that I'm back from my time in the sun!

The HIIT home workout gave me the opportunity to fit exercise in at anytime of the day. Motivation reminders helped and the different levels were good to achieve. Katrina makes exercise fun, enjoyable and achievable.
