"I regularly exercise and would like to think I'm fit, however doing K  Fit's HIIT @ Home made me re-evaluate that! The exercises were simple yet effective, I could really feel each muscle  working and with that the ache came (which I like as I know it is a  good ache!) The different levels shown were helpful for those suffering  with a bad back or knees. I definitely made progress through the 4 week  course, improving on my strength and the length of time I was able to  hold my full plank! I've built the HIIT @ Home into my busy week, opting to do as little or  as much as I want. If I miss a day of doing it I really miss it and feel  guilty, to myself, that I haven't completed some or all of the  training. I came across the 12 week HIIT challenge just after Christmas, and at the perfect time for me. I had hit both my heaviest and unfittest in my life, and really needed something to re-energise me. The course is great as it builds in difficulty throughout, but Kat always talks through the different levels you can do and even via video reassures that just keeping moving is the main thing whilst working on form. The facebook accountability group was very helpful - a great balance of support, advice and somewhere just for a bit of a fun chat along the way. The best bit is that over the course of the 12 weeks I lost 101cm from my body, as well as 11lbs....but the cms and my increased fitness became more important than a number on the scales. That has been a real revelation for me as I always have been an (unsuccessful) slave to the scales. I have finished my 12 weeks with way more energy, doing 3-5 workouts a week and feeling much better in myself. I have now signed up to the KFit Club to continue getting fitter. Thanks so much Kat- genuinely life changing stuff!

The course is absolutly amazing. It doesnt just build on your strength, it also challenges every inch of your body. I have never been very fit, but by the end of the course, I felt fit, could really see the difference in my body, which is giving me great confidence, not just in my body, but also in everyday life. By the end I am now completing each section 4 times, so I can really feel the hard work! Thanks Katrina, its amazing! Now I feel ready to walk into a class without feeling like everybody is looking at me... :)

I am a mum to two young children, I don't work and I have very little free time. I was feeling flabby and wobbly and I wanted to do something about it but I don't have the money for gym membership and the only time I can exercise is in the evenings at home. I was so pleased when I found this course as it was everything I needed and it promised fast results. What I wasn't expecting was to enjoy doing it so much! Katrina is such a brilliant instructor. She's knowledgeable and a fantastic motivator without being scary. She made me feel comfortable, motivated and I laughed out loud nearly every workout! The course is easy to do anywhere and anytime and perfect for people who need to fit exercise in around busy lives. I wanted to tone up and I definitely have but I wasn't expecting to feel more energised and fitter so quickly. Doing the workouts was fun not a chore to get out of the way. Thank you Katrina for all your help, support and motivation. I am going to keep HIITing it and recommend you to everyone I know.
